Q1: What devices can RIVER run?

A: RIVER can power devices up to 1200W with EcoFlow X-Boost technology. However, X-Boost may not work for all electrical appliances, as some appliances with strict voltage requirements between 600-1800W may not function. Additionally, if the instantaneous power of the electrical appliance exceeds 1200W (with the X-Boost function turned off), or exceeds 1800W (with the X-Boost function turned on), the power supply will be overloaded and unusable (e.g. air conditioners, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven).

Q2: How long will RIVER run my device?

A: Typically, the run time is approximately 288Wh*0.85 divided by the operating wattage of your device. The inverter efficiency of different output power varies, resulting in different usage times for electrical appliances.

Q3: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?

A: The unit may be in standby mode, consuming up to 50W from the power supply, screen, and/or inverter. Be sure to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, attempt to recharge it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

RIVER can power 80% of essential home appliances and devices, especially those within 1200W, providing a better user experience. Discharging rates and X-Boost mode can be monitored and controlled through the EcoFlow APP.
